Little Farmers

This is the etwinning project "Little Farmers" platform

Created by the kindergarten of Portugal, this project is based in International Year of Family Agriculture (IYAF 2014), declared by United Nations. It aims to focus society’s attention on the significant role of family farming and smallholder farming concerning food security and nutrition. 

By developing an eTwinning project, the creation of a collaborative network between European schools, will be a favorable space to come up with new ideas and to implement innovative educational activities. It aims to foster cross cultural understanding concerning the European citizenship, the promotion of languages, technologies and an environmental education.
